I'll start..


My name is Phil aka Herblenny..

I bought my first rotary car back in 1999 from a friend of mine who had an 91 Vert. I loved that car for its styling and uniqueness... But I always wanted an FD.

In 2000, I saved up several thousand of dollars and decided to start looking for a Japanese Super car (300Z, Supra Twin turbo, FD3S, and NSX). I was very close to buying an NSX but problem with the seller and saw a BLK 93 base model FD... really cheap! So, I ended up buying that.

Since then, I met some great rotorheads who help me build this car. Those people are: Chance from Cincy, OHIO and Stephen (SPOautos) here in Bham, AL.

And by attending as many rotary events, I met some great rotary guys and saw some interesting cars. Hence how I started to organize this event, Deals Gap Rotary Rally!!! A time for me to help the communities and bring people together and make new friendship.. Also, its time to put faces and names on the internet together.. I know we spend great amounts of time on the computer chatting over this thing called internet.. but I still think in person meeting is the best way!.. So, here is a chance for all of us to do so..

To me, This event is PERFECT!!! Great scenic view, great roads, great drives, great people, great cars! and hopefully, great food

So, hope some of you also realize this and attend this event!
