I'd be willing to come out early. I was actually thinking
of coming out the week before. Just to get some extra's in.
Like rafting, biking, extra runs on the dragon, ext..

DGRR was great followed a very close friend of mine down, Vipperx7.
We had a great time my 10th A.E. was going through a engine build which is done now and doing fine, I will be at the next DGRR for sure, I had never been to the Gap, even though a lot of my friends go on a monthly basis, And then all the enforcement of the Cops, Well sometime in Novenber during the week i`ll be going down there for some practing for the rotary guys. See all of you then.

DGRR was of course, a lot of fun. The people are friendly, the cars are awesome and the drive is spectacular... well when it's not too crowded and there's not a slow moving townie or tourist in front of you. As moejoe said, the organizing efforts put forth by Phil and his crew were very clear and I think there was a lot of improvement over 2006. The big dissapointment for me was Fontana; it seems like they blow a lot of smoke about all the effort they have put into revitalizing the resort but haven't really gotten much done. Some of the cabins are almost like slum apartments. The first cabin they cave me this year had a busted up driveway that was covered with all sorts of debris, there was no hot water(no hot water in my cabin last year either), and the fridge was broken...nice. Thanks for looking into alternatives for next year Phil.

Counting the days until next DGRR '08... It needs an advertisement banner for me to put in my sig

DGRR is a wonderful event. I am to the point now to it is more exciting to see people I have met over the past three years more so than the cars or the driving. Don't get me wrong, I do love seeing the cars, especially new ones to the event, and also love to drive the dragon... but it is really the people that make this a great event. Kudos to Phil, Stephen, and everyone else who makes this go.
