I'm sure most of you have already figured out, I'm the admin, organizer of Deals Gap Rotary Rally.

Let me start by saying, "Thank you for joining this forum!".

Its been my goal to Pay Back the rotary Community.. I'm sure like me, many of you got you where you are because of the help of other fellow Rotorheads.. So, why not meet and help even more people??

That's pretty much how I started this event... Since 2001, I've traveled all over USA attending different rotary events.. Some were very helpful, and some, I just felt out of place..

But most importantly, I met someone new everywhere i went! Most events I attend were car shows where you stand around for hours and then go eat or go home... Or some event you pay hundreds of dollars and you beat the crap out of your car and then go home.. I was looking for an event that balances both... a show with a enthusiasts in mind.... Driving the Dragon!

Its not a track event, but its a Driving event... or Rally for basically without a huge price to pay.
Its also a car show to show off what you have done to your car and see how it performs in the real world driving.
But most importantly, Its a place to meet and hang out with your fellow Rotorheads!!!



Now enough about the event but about me..

I currently own:

1. 1993 Black base FD3s - which I'm in process of building and modifying.. I'm going all out with this car and hopefully it will be unique

2. 1999 MB touring FD3s - This is my currently weekend/show car.. Need to add few things for next years DGRR..

3. 1973 Orange RX-2 Coupe - Just put a 12A carb'd engine in with 5 speed tranny... Hope one of my buddy will drive it up to DGRR

4. 2004 Lightning Yellow GT RX-8 - Apprently there were that many GT lightning Yellow 8s.. It has MS bumper, side, and need to put the MS catback on... Also, going to see if one of my buddy would take it up to DGRR..

I'm DJ. I've been to DGRR 2K6 and 2K7. Missed out on 2K5 due to work, but that will never happen again.

I've known Phil for a good while now, great guy. I have had quite a few 7's, but not as many as some.

I have had the same white 90 GXL for about 4 years. The last two and half have been turbo swapped. It doesn't change alot from year to year because I am content with it, save a few issues.

i've been 'stalking' since i saw your intro on tennspeed- i'm the girl of an FD owner- who won't un-garage his nice ride! i've ALMOST got him talked into it!
again- it's nice to meet ya- the rotary rally looks great- and a lot of work to organize- hope to be a part this year photographing him and the fd- we've yet to sign up- doing the last minute research this week- hope we make it!
i admire your rotary passions and dedication- hope to get the fd man into your rally and get him motivated and proud again.
